Restrictions

Restrictions (Revised 02/24/2014)

For the pupose of this website, you will find magazines over 10 round capacity in the High-Capacity category.  We did this due to the fact many states consider any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 to be "High Capacity."  We have also listed most magazine extentions in the High Capacity category as they usually take a magazine over 10 rounds.

READ CAREFULLY

Below are the restrictions that we know of for magazines and gun parts - there maybe more out there and it is the customer's duty to understand their own state and local laws pertaining to gun and gun parts purchases.  The list is not all inclusive but all restrictions nationally will be enforced to the letter of the law. While we do not currently sell firearms, we may in the future so the list below may have information pertaining to firearm restrictions.  It is for informational purposes only and to assist our customers in making future choices. Every customer should check their local and state laws. Don't try to purchase a restricted item because you will not receive it. On our site we make every effort to block the shopping cart for restricted items in specific locations, but sometimes it just gets through.

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR A RESTRICTED ITEM AND IT BY CHANCE GETS THROUGH THE ORDER PROCESS, YOU WILL NOT GET THE ITEM.  YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT MINUS A $1 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.  YOU NEED TO KNOW THE RESTRICTIONS IN YOUR STATE AND LOCAL ENTITY.  WE'LL JUST REFUND - NO EXPLANATION.
